We run eviction, credit, rental, employment, and criminal background checks. We require a combined household income of at least 3x rent, no collections out to other property managers or utility companies, no open bankruptcies, and no eviction judgments within the past five years.

A $72 monthly utility fee includes water, sewer, trash services, parking, lawn care, pest control & snow removal.
